If your recent purchase with us didn’t work out, we offer Exchanges/Credit Notes on full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your parcel. If an exchange cannot be made, we will issue you a store credit for the value of the purchase less the postage. We do not issue refunds.
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Goods must be returned in original packaging with all the swing tags still attached in a new, unworn condition. An item which appears worn, damaged or missing swing tags and is not returned in the same condition it was sent out will not be accepted for exchange or return.
Items that are reduced and marked as SALE are FINAL and cannot be sent back to us. We thoroughly inspect all items before they leave our store, but in the unlikely event an item is faulty please contact us for further assistance.
Send the item/s back to us within 14 days of receiving plus a prepaid parcel for the exchange to go back to you in. The buyer will be responsible for all postage charges for returning the items to us. We strongly recommend the use of Registered Post for any returns. We will not be responsible for any items lost in transit.
